I wanted to tell you about the great service Brieanne is providing me.  I went to Revco because of very poor service I received at other lighting companies.  Brieanne was the total opposite.  She evaluated my needs, promptly came up with a proposal and then refined it based upon my reply.  She is a pleasure to work with and I thought you should know this.  I am sorry that I did not think to go to Revco first, but that will not be the case in the future.

Revco History Revco Electrical Supply opened for business back in 1978. The original location, which is still operating today, is at 403 Griffing Avenue in Riverhead. The peculiar thing about this location is that it is about 100 yards away from where Ross Velys, the founder of Revco, and his brother, Mike Velys Jr., started their first supply business, R & M Electric, back in 1949.

After working in a family business for nearly thirty years Ross Velys decided it was time for him to move on along with his wife, Theodora, and start an electrical supply business of his own.

Lighting has always been a vital part of Revco's success. Theodora, known affectionately by her friends as "Teddy", has always had a special love and true understanding of lighting. The design layouts of the Riverhead and Southampton showrooms are a tribute to her knowledge and her desire to make lighting accessible and fun for everyone.

Revco has certainly grown over the years currently employing approximately 50 employees. The locations have also expanded to four, now operating in Riverhead, Southampton, East Hampton, and our newly opened facility in Southold.
